sourcinga is an AI decision layer that summarises publicly available product and service information from third-party retailers. We are not a retailer, we do not hold stock, and we do not sell products. Every recommendation is informational and does not constitute an offer to sell, professional advice, or a warranty of suitability.

Prices, availability, delivery times and product specifications are drawn from third-party retailer sources and change frequently. The figure you see on sourcinga may differ from the retailer's live checkout price. Always confirm the price, availability and specifications directly with the retailer before purchasing.

When you click through to buy, your contract of sale is between you and the retailer. sourcinga is not a party to that contract. The retailer is responsible for order fulfilment, refunds, warranties, after-sales support and any statutory rights you have as a consumer. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply against the retailer, not sourcinga.

Rankings are produced by our Buyer Intelligence Engine using deterministic scoring across price, quality, reviews, seller trust, delivery and warranty. Our AI layer only writes the plain-English explanation next to each pick — it never decides the order. This reflects rules 11 and 12 of our Trust Charter.

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest or bulk-download content from the site except through the public API under a valid key;
• send automated queries designed to overload the service;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, probe or manipulate the ranking engine;
• use sourcinga to publish or transmit unlawful, defamatory or infringing material;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.

The sourcinga API is provided under a separate API key. Access is subject to rate limits, fair-use limits and revocation for breach. API responses may not be resold, sub-licensed or re-attributed as another party's data. Attribution to "sourcinga" is required where recommendations are surfaced publicly.

The sourcinga name, brand, site design, ranking outputs and generated explanations are owned by sourcinga and are protected by copyright, trade mark and database rights. Retailer product data, images and specifications remain the property of the respective retailers and manufacturers. You may not use sourcinga content in a way that suggests endorsement or that misleads buyers.

sourcinga is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for:

• purchasing decisions made in reliance on our recommendations;
• price, stock or specification differences between sourcinga and the retailer;
• retailer errors, delays, defective goods or refund disputes;
• indirect, consequential or economic loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site, an account or an API key at any time if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached. You may stop using sourcinga at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the current version took effect. Continued use of sourcinga after a change means you accept the revised terms.
